I am qualified for everything and nothing

So, I have been working on my resume today.

I know it sounds exciting. Luckily I was looking for a job in December 2006, so there was not that much to do. I just had to figure out what to put down for what I do now.

Looking back on the jobs I have had... I think I am A.D.D. I swear I have had a job in just about every field out there (with the exception of IT) Retail, banking, non-profit, education, manufacturing, web design, etc. I think I need a bit more focus. I think I just want something with good benefits and oportunity to advance.

Oh well, I will work on it.

So, I am here at work...

So, it is Friday at work. Monday was Martin Luther King Jr. Day and I had the day off. So, when I say that by end of day Thursday I had worked around 31 hours you will understand that it has been a busy week. I love my job and it is always entertaining (those of you who know what I do will agree) but I am a little tired of being understaffed and over worked.

I think I might be looking for a job in the next month or two if things do not change. So, those of you who know of a decent job (non-yarn store affiliated) let me know.

Anyway, I am happy to say that I have been writing a lot more recently. I have a writing group that meets occasionally (supposed to be weekly or biweekly, but that isn't working out for now) I think it is a combination of frustration with work, dating and a general lack of progress in anything that has motivated me to write. I have also been running a lot more recently, so it is probably stress. I am looking forward to the next writing group because I would like some more criticism on my writing and there are a few stories that I would like to read more into from the other people...

Well, back to work...
